FAQ
Q. How long does a valet take?
A. This varies according to the particular valet you have booked and the condition of the vehicle upon arrival. On average it takes 1 1/2 hours to complete a standard valet and around
3 1/2 hours for a full valet.
Q. How often should I have my car polished?
A. I would recommend that you have a coat of wax or polish applied to the car at least 4 times a year. The layers of wax then build into a durable, highly reflective finish which will give you more protection against flies, tree sap, adverse weather conditions and light scratches whilst also enhancing the appearance as well as the re-sale value of your vehicle.
Q. What happens if it is raining on the day that my valet is due?
A. If the rain is only intermittent it should not interfere with your booked service. In the event of extremely bad weather I will try and rearrange your booking with you.
Q. Can you remove cigarette smoke, dog, milk, urine, blood, vomit etc from upholstery or the car interior?
A. Yes, please ask for further information.
Q. Can you remove scratches from the paintwork?
A. Yes, but only light scratches. If your finger nail catches in the scratch, then it is too deep. Even on the deeper scratches they can be vastly improved. Light scratches/swirl marks dull the paintwork. I can remove these using a professional orbital buffing machine.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. I accept cash, card payments, cheques or bank transfer.
